Bo has been Directing in London since 2007. Having been involved with such works as The Elephant Man, Road, Of Mice and Men and the ‘Undeniably powerful’ Lord of the Flies, Bo directed his first London musical in 2011, the critically acclaimed version of Little Shop of Horrors which broke box office records at the Broadway Theatre. Following the success of Little Shop, Bo was asked to direct Blue Mountains, The Revenge of Shelly Benover which toured the UK in 2012 before turning his hand a new and dramatic take on the Musical, Spring Awakening. Spring Awakening received incredible audience response and was labelled a ‘Revelation’. He then went over to Dublin to work with the fantastic staff and kids at WestSide Stage School on their production of The Broadway show, Wonderland. Next was his production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, which received 4 and 5 star reviews across the board and received huge praise and acclaim. Following its success, Bo turned his hand to a new piece of writing, Streets. Streets was very well received and Bo’s direction was received as “Mind blowing” and transferred from the Cockpit Theatre to Hackney Empire. Bo then returned to the Cockpit later that year to Direct the world premiere of Another Way.
